Bio

Josie completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the UK. She has a wealth of experience working in some of London’s top trusts, both clinically and in research, and her diverse skill set stems from years of working alongside leading dietitians, doctors, and psychologists. As a result of her progressive career in the UK National Health Service and in private practice, Josie has extensive knowledge in dietary counseling and helping others make sustainable behavior change. Throughout her career, Josie has helped people navigate various health challenges such as their weight, disordered eating, gut disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, type 2 diabetes management, and fatty liver disease.

Alongside her role at SIMPLE, Josie regularly supports clients with their health concerns, either in clinic or through health writing. Providing evidence-based solutions and confronting bad science is her passion, and she makes it her mission to support others to be happy in their skin and improve their health.

When she isn’t working, Josie loves to explore London’s restaurant scene, catch up with friends, and go for long runs.
