Originally a personal trainer and nutrition coach, Trey’s been coaching people to be happier and healthier for over 16 years. He quickly realized that it wasn’t just about bodies — our thoughts, feelings, environments, social relationships, etc., are also critical to our health and well-being. So he branched out from fitness and nutrition to learn everything he could about human behavior: why we do what we do, what helps us change, and how we can transform our lives. From there, his ability to help people reach their goals skyrocketed.

Trey knows what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your body and overwhelmed about how to get out of that place. He also knows how to make that all-important shift from knowing what to do to actually doing it. Trey puts all this expertise into his SIMPLE articles, so you feel understood, empowered, and ready to take action.

In his spare time, Trey makes tiny clay models, spends hours walking in the Welsh rain, and drums in a Brazilian samba band (also often in the Welsh rain).
