Ro Huntriss is a Consultant Dietitian and Nutritionist with extensive clinical experience in weight management, women's health, diabetes, fertility, and gut health. After working as a Specialist Dietitian in the UK National Health Service (NHS) for several years, Ro moved into digital health, starting out as the Clinical Lead for Obesity at a leading European digital health provider before coming to SIMPLE.

She’s the author of Deliciously Healthy Fertility and has research published in many peer-reviewed journals such as the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition and the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She frequently contributes to mainstream media pieces for outlets including the BBC, Forbes, and Cosmopolitan, and was awarded Social Media Influencer of the Year in 2022 by the British Dietetic Association and Community Nutrition Professional of the Year in 2021 by CN Magazine.

Ro brings compassion, care, and evidence-based science to help people to reach their goals. She strongly believes in the power of combining health and technology to find new, innovative, effective solutions to the age-old challenges of eating and living well. 

Outside of work, Ro plays the piano, loves traveling, and is an avid supporter of Tottenham Hotspur soccer team.
