Soraya is a Registered Dietitian with 14 years of experience across NHS weight management services, private healthcare, and digital health platforms. She specializes in sustainable weight management, plant-predominant nutrition, and behavior change, with a focus on helping people build realistic long-term habits rather than relying on restrictive diets.

Throughout her career, Soraya has supported people with practical, evidence-based guidance that makes healthy lifestyle change feel more approachable and sustainable. Her work is rooted in helping individuals cut through nutrition confusion, feel more confident in their choices, and make changes that fit into real life.

Alongside her NHS and private practice experience, Soraya delivers educational work for universities, corporate organizations, and healthcare companies, providing evidence-based nutrition education and wellbeing support. She has also been featured in Women’s Health, the BBC, The Sunday Times, and radio interviews, where she has shared her expertise on nutrition, weight management, and healthy lifestyle change.
