Louise is a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of clinical experience. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Food Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics, and has completed the Obesity Adult Management Masterclass. Over the years, Louise has worked across a wide range of settings including public health, private practice, and telehealth. She’s also consulted for various weight loss start-ups and food companies and has been quoted in numerous magazines and newspapers.
Louise has specialist skills in health coaching, motivational interviewing, and behavior change that empower her patients to achieve life-changing results. Her clinical specialties include weight management, type 2 diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), irritable bowel syndrome, and cardiovascular disease.
Alongside her work at Simple, Louise is a leading Bariatric Dietitian in a prestigious clinic at St George’s Hospital in Sydney, Australia. She’s passionate about breaking health stigma, especially where diet and weight loss are concerned. She strives to make easy-to-understand, evidence-based information accessible to all, and tailors her approach to make people feel understood, valued, and supported.
In her free time, Louise enjoys going to the gym and traveling, and her goal is to see as much of Australia as she can.
