Important terms and conditions for Simple’s “refer-a-friend” program

We’re so glad that you’re enjoying Simple and want to bring your friends into the Simple Family! In addition to sharing a resource that can help loved ones achieve their health and wellness goals, research* has shown that having social support can lead to 25% more weight loss. How does the referral process work? Please follow the instructions below.

In order for you and your referral to receive credit, you have to send your unique referral link that we provide in-app. To get this link:

1. Open Simple
2. Select the “Me” tab
3. Tap “Invite friends”
4. On the next screen, send the invite to the person you’d like to refer
5. Encourage your friend to start a free trial and purchase a subscription so you can earn your Simple credit!

They must sign up using the link you sent them — otherwise, they (and you) won’t receive referral credit.

As long as both of you meet the requirements above, your referral will receive a free 14-day trial and 25% off a subscription (should they choose to purchase one), and you’ll see your Simple credit appear in-app under the “Me” tab, on the screen where you invited your friends.

A few important notes:

• We’re unable to offer credit to either party if the referral link isn’t used correctly to sign up for a new Simple subscription.
• We’re unable to manually grant the rewards.
• Any referral credit balance that you earn will be automatically used as a discount toward your next renewal purchase.
• Please note that to process the subscription, we still need to charge you at least $1 regardless of your Simple credit balance.
• Credit earned from the refer-a-friend program cannot be used outside Simple app and is solely used as a discount toward subscription renewal.
• If you cancel your subscription, any Simple credit you’ve earned through our refer-a-friend program could be forfeited upon cancellation.
• Apple and Google Play subscriptions are not eligible for the program
